These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the h444 platform, accessible at h444.bio ("Platform", "h444", "we", "us", "our"). Each individual person may hold only one registered account with h444. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and potential forfeiture of all balances held therein. 3.2 Accurate Information
You must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration. h444 operates with Pakistani mobile numbers as the primary account identifier. You must register with a Pakistani mobile number that you own and actively control. Providing another person's mobile number is a material breach of these Terms.
3.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your h444 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. h444 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure. You must notify h444 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
3.4 Account Verification
h444 reserves the right to conduct identity and age verification at any stage. This may include requesting copies of government-issued identification, proof of Pakistani mobile number ownership, and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts may be restricted pending satisfactory completion of verification procedures.

Withdrawal requests may only be made to payment accounts in your own name that were previously used for deposits to your h444 account, or to accounts that have been verified by h444 as belonging to you. This requirement is in place to prevent money laundering and to protect account holders.
Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows: JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals complete within 5 to 30 minutes of approval; HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah bank transfers complete within 2 to 12 hours; USDT withdrawals complete within 15 to 60 minutes.

h444's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your h444 account in the six months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
h444 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Notice of material amendments will be provided to registered users via email or platform notification. Updated Terms will be posted at h444.bio/terms-conditions with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
